The library is a level above the high street, accessible by lifts from the high street.
The library is across two floors and has a lift to the second floor.
The library has automatic doors.
There is a hearing loop at the main desk, and hearing loops fitted in the meeting rooms.

Parking
There are three pay and display car parks within easy walking distance. There are four Blue Badge parking spaces next to the library building, which are accessible through Sainsbury's car park.
