Libraries reopening news and updates

From Monday 17 May, in line with latest Government guidance, libraries across Surrey County Council will be reopening more services. Events such as rhymetimes and storytimes are currently paused. Full details on our Coronavirus information page.

Local History Centres

There are seven Local History Centres in Surrey libraries. Each provides a collection of research materials relating to the surrounding area.

You can use the resources of the local history centres at any time that these libraries are open. Better still, visit when enthusiastic volunteers with local knowledge are there to help you use the resources and equipment.
