Surrey libraries have reopened

Surrey County Council has reopened thirteen libraries as part of a programme to gradually reopen across the county from 6 July, in line with Government guidance. The first libraries to reopen were Camberley, Dorking, Egham, Epsom, Farnham, Godalming, Guildford, Horley, Oxted, Redhill, Staines, Weybridge and Woking.

We're working hard to start reopening services in other libraries and further updates will be posted on our Coronavirus information page, which also includes information about what services are available, which services are paused, and the safety measures in place.

All of our libraries are closed on bank holidays. Check libraries affected by bad weather.

The library is on two floors with a lift between them. The library has automatic doors to the entrance. and a hearing loop is installed. For further information, please see Library services for people with disabilities.

Sunbury library is situated in the parade of shops at Sunbury Cross next to the old post office.

There is free parking for two hours in the road outside the library, there are also two disabled spaces right outside the library. There is a car park on the opposite side of the road.
