Wednesday 18 December 10am: No computers or WiFi

Due to an essential upgrade to the Library network we will be migrating our computer system at Farnham Library on Wednesday 18 December. The computer and wifi network will be unavailable from 10am, for up to 2 hours.

Super Access is coming to Farnham Library

Surrey Libraries are installing new technology which provides longer and more convenient opening times for residents, extended opening hours which are in addition to the existing staffed hours. Find out more about Super Access in Surrey Libraries.

Opening times and accessibility

Monday 9.30am until 5.30pm
Tuesday 9.30am until 7pm
Wednesday 9.30am until 5.30pm
Thursday 9.30am until 5.30pm
Friday 9.30am until 5.30pm
Saturday 9.30am until 5pm
Sunday Closed

All of our libraries are closed on bank holidays. Check libraries affected by bad weather.

The library is on one level and has automatic doors and a hearing loop is installed.

Farnham library is next door to the Bishop's Table Hotel.

The nearest public car parks are Waggon Yard and Lower and Upper Hart, these are pay and display car parks.

There is one adjacent disabled parking space for a maximum of one hour use while in the library.

Volunteering

There are various volunteering roles available in Surrey Libraries for people of all ages and with varying skills. These include events and activities, (for example Story Time), Rhymetime, digital support, stock support and volunteers for our Library Direct Home Service.
