The library has automatic doors and a hearing loop is installed.

Epsom Library is situated on the first floor of The Ebbisham Centre, which lies at the eastern end of the High Street between the shops and railway line.
Epsom library has adjacent disabled parking. There is an NCP car park beneath The Ebbisham Centre, which has disabled spaces but no free parking. There are several other pay and display car parks in the town.
