Surrey to reopen libraries from 6 July

Surrey County Council plans to start gradually reopening libraries across the county from 6 July, in line with Government guidance. The first libraries to reopen will be Camberley, Dorking, Egham, Epsom, Farnham, Godalming, Guildford, Horley, Oxted, Redhill, Staines, Weybridge and Woking.

We're working hard to start reopening services in other libraries and further updates will be posted on our Coronavirus information page, including information about what services will be available, which services are paused, and safety measures.

All of our libraries are closed on bank holidays. Check libraries affected by bad weather.

The library has automatic doors and a hearing loop is installed. Egham library has assistive technology for people with disabilities. Please see: ;Library services for people with disabilities, for further information.

Egham library is situated in the car park opposite the Shell petrol station at the A30 end of the High Street.

There are disabled spaces at the side of the building. There are several parking spaces in front of the library and in the car park behind the library. Parking is free for up to two hours.

Please be aware Parking is currently limited due to building works and there are currently no disabled spaces. This will be in place until approximately the middle of April.
