- Every Friday from 10.30am until 11am.
- Every Saturday from 10.30am until 11am.
No booking necessary.

Chess club
Every Tuesday, from 10am to 12 noon, starting on 20 January 2026. Free and all ages welcome
Coffee and craft
Every Thursday at 10.30am. All are welcome.
All crafts and crafting abilities are welcome.
Creative writing group
Saturdays from 2pm to 3.30pm. Next date: Saturday 28 February.
Drop-in councillor surgeries
Councillor Simon Bhadye to the list of councillors at Ashford Library? He will be part of Denise Turner-Stewart's group.
- Councillor Simon Bhadye (Ashford Common), Councillor Sinead Mooney (Staines) and Spelthorne Borough Councillor Paul Woodward (Ashford Town) will be holding surgeries at Ashford Library on:
- the first Saturday of each month, from 11am until 12 noon.
- Surrey County Councillor Harry Boparai (Sunbury Common and Ashford Common) and Spelthorne Borough Councillor Greg Neall (Ashford Town) will be attending surgeries at Ashford Library on:
- the first Saturday of each month, from 3pm until 4pm.
- Spelthorne Borough Councillors Joanne Sexton (Ashford East), Michelle Arnold (Ashford Town), and Katherine Rutherford (Ashford Common) will be holding surgeries from 11am to 12.30pm on the on the following Saturdays:
- 17 January
- 7 March
Digital support volunteer
- Every Tuesday from 2pm to 4pm.
- Every Wednesday from 2pm to 4pm.
- Every Saturday from 10am to 12 noon.

Make an appointment to see one of our Digital Support volunteers.
Sessions are 30 minutes each and must be booked in advance. Please book a place by speaking to a member of staff at Ashford library or email ashford.library@surreycc.gov.uk.
