Byfleet Library has an accessible ground floor meeting space, suitable for approximately 25 people.

Surrey History Centre
Surrey History Centre has rooms to hire for events, meetings, training, seminars and workshops.
Our Conference Room holds up to 80 people seated theatre style. This can be split into two smaller rooms which can hold up to 20.

Woking Library
Woking library has rooms to hire for events, meetings, training, seminars and workshops.
All rooms are air-conditioned.
We have two a small, self-contained modular spaces (PODs). One holds 4 people and the other 6.
A large meeting room can also be split into two smaller rooms as required. There is a small kitchenette with kettle, fridge, crockery and cutlery. These rooms can be laid out in theatre, boardroom, classroom or horseshoe style.
This room can be hired as one large room, or the smaller rooms separately.
For larger events Woking library can extend the space further to allow for a 100-seater theatre, or additional exhibition space.
Woking can also put on small displays and have leaflet tables.

There is an additional Surrey County Council insurance cost (if the customer has no public liability insurance) of either 15% or £5 depending on which is greatest.
