Bramley Community Library has a small meeting room that seats 24 people. The room is on the ground floor with access for all. It has its own dedicated entrance, so can be used when the library is closed.

Farnham Library
Farnham Library has a meeting room that seats 30 people. The Farnham Library Culver Room is a historic Tudor-panelled, beamed room with Tudor fireplace. Ideal for meetings and special events, the library is located next door to the Bishop's Table Hotel and close to pay and display parking. The room is on the ground floor with access for all.

Godalming Library
Godalming Library has three spaces for community hire. Located in an attractive position near the river in the town centre with its own car parking facilities.
- Multi-purpose room: The multi-purpose room in Godalming Library is a large space ideal
for performances, classes and lectures. Accommodates up to 40 people depending on use and is located on the ground floor. It is situated directly off the main library space and whilst not having doors, does provide an excellent space which, whilst in the library, does feel relatively separate. - Map room: This ground floor meeting room is a small room, perfect for smaller groups or 1 to1 sessions. Accommodates four to six people.
- Display space/s: We have two spaces on the ground floor in the main library available for displays.

Room hire equipment
We have room hire equipment available at an extra cost of £10 (flat rate whether you use one or all of the items), including a brand-new projector, projector screen, Bluetooth speakers, projector table and extension cable.
These can be used in any of our rooms for hire but need to be requested at the point of booking so we can check availability.
