Epsom Library
Epsom Library has two rooms for hire. Located in the library on the first floor of the building, accessible via lift, escalator or stairs.
- Meeting room: Seats up to four people. The room is perfect for private studying and interviews and provides a secure room to accommodate your needs.
- Learning Centre: The Learning Centre in Epsom Library is a large flexible space ideal for meetings and presentations. The Learning Centre seats 15 to 20 around tables and up to 30 in a theatre layout style.
There is access to the library Wi-Fi with laptop points. Projector, screen and flipchart stand available on request at extra cost.
Hire charges
Meeting room:
- £6 per hour
- £15 for a half days hire
- £35 for a full days hire
Learning centre:
- £21 per hour
- £55 for a half days hire
- £97 for a full days hire

- Monday: 10am to 5pm
- Tuesday: 10am to 5pm
- Wednesday: 10am to 5pm
- Thursday: 10am to 5pm
- Friday: 10am to 5pm
- Saturday: 10am to 4pm

Ewell Court
Ewell Court Community Library has a non-fiction room in the library which is available for hire to small groups, (for example craft, IT or creative writing groups). The room is available when the library is closed to the public.
Availability
- Monday: 10am to 5pm
- Thursday: 10am to 5pm
Facilities
The room can seat 10 to 12 people and has a largish table and chairs. There is a public car park with two disabled parking spaces near to the library. The library has a kitchen and a unisex toilet which is equipped with grab rails. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

Stoneleigh Library
Stoneleigh library has a small meeting room that seats 12 to 20 people and is accessible by wheelchair.
