The Mystery of Yew Tree House with author, Lesley Thomson

  • Thursday 25 April from 2pm until 3pm

The Mystery of Yew Tree House is set in Wartime Sussex, a family is left to fend for themselves when the father, Rupert, is sent off to war. Eighty years later, the same cottage is rented out to Jack Harmon, detective Stella Darnell and Jack's twins. The idyllic family holiday, however, takes a turn as the children discover a skull with a bullet hole hidden in a decommissioned World War II pill box. In The Mystery of Yew Tree House, author Lesley Thomson explores her home country of Sussex through a golden-age lens. Her novel explores a darker underside to an idyllic setting.

Tickets are £6 each and can be booked online.
