Harry Heal the Friendly Footballer with David Vaughan
Thursday 8 August, from 11am to 11.45am.
Join us for a fun story session with David Vaughan, as he reads 'Harry Heal the Friendly Footballer' his children's story book with a focus on mental health. The book has a football backdrop with an educational aspect, a heart-warming story about the benefits of empathy, mindfulness and collaboration.
This event is part of our programme of events for the Summer Reading Challenge 2024. This year's theme is Marvellous Makers, and it will be a celebration of the Creative Arts; children will be inspired to express themselves in creative ways, tap into a world of imagination and storytelling and of course, to read!
David will have copies of his book available for purchase and signing and is able to take cash and card payment.
Suitable for children aged 8 and under. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Suggested donation £4.
Book online or if unable to book online, please book in Molesey Library.
