Retro games week

Caterham Valley and Caterham Hill Libraries will be hosting a Retro Games Week courtesy of "That Retro Place" cafe of 21 High Street, Caterham.

So come and play the electronic games that your parents played.

Booking is available by popping in to Caterham Valley and Caterham Hill Libraries.

Booking is free and slots run from:

  • 10am until 4pm at Caterham Valley Library and
  • 10am until 12 midday and 2pm until 4pm at Caterham Hill Library

This event is for children and will include age appropriate games.

Interactive storytelling session with author Jenny Sanders

Friday 7 June from 3.30pm until 4.45pm

Tickets are free but need to be booked as limited spaces available. There will be an opportunity to buy Jenny's books.

Pebble rhymetime and storytime

Pebble rhymetime

Every Tuesday from 10.30am until 11am.

Followed by Stay & Play, from 11am to 12 noon. No booking required.

Adult Crafternoons

Last Thursday of each month from 2pm until 4pm. Upcoming dates:

  • 30 May
  • 27 June

Bring your chosen craft to the library and meet new crafting friends.

Sketch Club

Second Saturday of each month from 2pm until 4pm. Upcoming dates:

  • 8 June
  • 13 July

The event is free and inclusive to any level of ability or experience. The event will be focused towards adults, but older children are welcome.

Please bring your own materials to draw with.
