Festival of Archaeology event with Ash Musuem
Saturday 27 July, from 10am to 1pm.
Come and join us to explore artefacts from Ash Museum and have a go at some archaeology inspired activities. There will also be an archaeology themed Story Time at 10.30am.
All ages welcome.

Origami
Friday 2 August, from 10.30 to 11.30am.
Learn how to turn paper into a creative and colourful fox.
For children 5+. Free drop-in session. Donations welcome.
Badge making
- Saturday 3 August, from 11am to 12 noon.
- Monday 12 August, from 2.30pm to 3.30pm.
Come in and make your own badge! Design your own badge or use one of the Marvellous Makers characters.
Recommended for ages 5+. Free drop-in sessions. Donations welcome.

Other events
Obie interactive projector
Obie is an interactive projector that brings active play to floors, tables, and walls. The projector has pre-installed games which are specifically designed to be engaging for children. The Ash Library projector is installed on the floor, so it encourages children to move whilst having fun. There are games that encourage collaborations, others such as puzzle and memory games are designed to engage the brain, whilst the action games help to get children moving more.
Obie is available during library opening times except during Storytime and Rhymetime (Tuesday and Thursday, 10.30 to 11am) and is free.
Digital Buddy
Available every Thursday from 10am until 12 noon.
