Lingfield Library
Lingfield library (The Guest House Trust) has a meeting room for hire. The room is on the first floor accessed by a spiral staircase and is, therefore, unsuitable for people with mobility problems.
It has a rectangular table with seating for 10 to 12 people.
Hire charges
£12.50 per hour (minimum payment £12.50).
Availability
- Monday: closed
- Tuesday: 2pm to 5pm
- Wednesday: 2pm to 5pm
- Thursday: 10am to 5pm
- Friday: 2pm to 5pm
- Saturday: 9.30am to 1pm and 2pm to 4pm

- An adjacent kitchen is available for light refreshments

Oxted Library
Oxted library has a meeting room that seats 40–50 people. It is a bright space, with an attached kitchenette, ideal for meetings or activities. Located next door to the Tandridge Council offices, with pay and display and limited on-street parking nearby (at weekends there is free parking behind the library).
The room is on the first floor and can be accessed by stairs although lift access is available during library opening hours.
Hire charges
- £15 per hour
- £39 for half a days hire (3 hours)
- £69 for a full days hire (Applies to bookings of 5 hours or over, Tuesday to Saturday 9am until 5pm only.)
Availability
Monday to Sunday between 9am and 10pm.

- Tea facilities, including kitchenette, tea urn, cups and saucers
- Toilets
- Limited on-street car parking

Warlingham Library
Warlingham library has a meeting room for bona fide community groups and companies to hire. (No individual hirers.) The space is suitable for groups of up to 20.
Hire charges
- £7 per hour for up to two hours
- £6.50 per hour for longer periods or for regular hirers
The minimum hire period is one hour.
Availability
The room is only available outside of the library's normal library opening times that can be found on our Warlingham library page.
