The Winter Mini Challenge is a fun and free online challenge from The Reading Agency, that encourages children to keep reading across December to February.
Taking part is simple. Children register online on the Winter Mini Challenge website between 1 December 2025 and 20 February 2026. The challenge is to read 3 books (or more) and share a review on the website. Children will get a special online badge for their profile and a new winter certificate of achievement. They will also be entered into a prize draw to win a bundle of exciting children's books.
