The first meeting of the Countryside Access Forum took place on 4 June 2003.
Minutes and agendas prior to that date are from the Pilot Access Forum, which was formed in October 2001 to comment on the draft maps of open access land in Surrey, published in November 2001.

Although they are published as soon as they are available, draft minutes should not be regarded as conclusive until they have been approved by the next meeting of the Forum.
