The Public Bridleway 200 and Public Footpath 200 Camberley & Frimley Creation Agreement 2023
Pursuant to Section 25 of the Highways Act 1980

The above named Agreement, made on 8 December 2023 under section 25 of the Highways Act 1980, has the effect of creating the public bridleway and public footpath described below.
Description of bridleway and footpath to be dedicated:
A bridleway commencing at O.S. Grid O.S. Grid Reference 490658 157985 then in a generally west north westerly direction for 409 metres to O.S. Grid Reference 490322 158164.
Width: 4 metres throughout; Limitations: None
A footpath commencing at O.S. Grid Reference 490308 158173 then in a north westerly direction from for 626 metres to O.S. Grid Reference 489788 158475 then in a generally westerly direction from O.S. Grid Reference 489702 158468 for 409 metres to O.S. Grid Reference 498208 158335
Width: 4 metres throughout; Limitations: None
A copy of the Agreement has been placed and may be seen free of charge at Surrey County Council, Whitebeam Lodge, Merrow Depot, Merrow Lane, Guildford GU4 7BQ by appointment (Tel. 0300 200 1003). Copies of the Agreement may be bought there at the price of £4.00
Under section 25 there is no right of objection and the Agreement has taken immediate effect.
