Officer recommendation
That a map modification order be made to add a public bridleway along Cottimore Lane, Walton-on-Thames, between Cottimore Lane and Rydens Road to the definitive map and statement for Surrey. The route will be known as public bridleway 48 (Walton and Weybridge).
Decision
On 15 August 2023 the Officer with delegated authority agreed with the above recommendations and directed that said order be made.
Order making
A definitive map modification order was made on 31 August 2023 and advertised on 15 September 2023. The Order is titled The Surrey County Council Bridleway No.48 (Walton and Weybridge) Definitive Map Modification Order 2023.
Confirmation
No objections were received to the Order. The Order was confirmed on 7 December 2023. It will be advertised as such for 6 weeks from 19 January 2024, during which time any person may appeal to the High Court.
