Footpath No. 94 (Byfleet)
Public Path Diversion Order 2021

The above Order, made on 16 December 2021, under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 will, if confirmed, divert Footpath 94 (Byfleet) from a point west of the Manor House (Grid Ref. 506978 160275) in a north easterly direction for 190 metres then in a north north easterly direction for 30m to its junction with Bridleway 95 (Byfleet) (Grid Ref. 507172 160381) to a line running from the same point in a generally north north easterly direction for 152 metres to Grid Ref. 507079 160382, then in a north easterly direction for 35 metres to its junction with Bridleway 95 (Byfleet) (Grid Ref. 507111 160395).

A copy of the Order and Map may be seen free of charge at the Countryside Access Office, Surrey County Council, Merrow Depot, Merrow Lane, Guildford GU4 7BQ (by appointment Tel. 0300 200 1003) and at Woking Borough Council, Civic Offices, Gloucester Square, Woking GU21 6YL and Byfleet Community Library, High Road, Byfleet KT14 7Q during opening hours. A copy of the Order may be purchased from the County Council for £4.

Any representations or objections to the Order must be sent in writing to Countryside Access quoting reference AW/3/1/179 at Surrey County Council, Whitebeam Lodge, Merrow Depot, Merrow Lane, Guildford GU4 7BQ by 4 February 2022. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Surrey County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. Any representations not withdrawn will be sent with the Order to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation.
