Commons Act 2006 - Section 15(1)
Proposal to with draw an application for the registration of land known as 'The Dell', Pains Hill, Limpsfield as a Town or Village Green (Reference number: APP 1889)
To every reputed owner, lessee, tenant, or occupier of any part of the land described below, and to all others whom it may concern.
Application was made to the registration authority, Surrey County Council, Countryside Access Team, Whitebeam Lodge, Merrow Depot, Merrow Lane, Guildford, GU4 7BQ under section 15(3) of the Commons Act 2006 and in accordance with the Commons (Registration of Town or Village Greens) (Interim Arrangements) (England) Regulations 2007. The application sought the inclusion in the register of town and village greens of the land described as The Dell, Pains Hill, Limpsfield, Surrey.
The application has not yet been determined and the Applicant has proposed that the application be withdrawn.
The application, which includes a plan of the land proposed for registration, may be inspected by appointment at the offices of the Countryside Access Team, Surrey County Council, Whitebeam Lodge, Merrow Depot, Merrow Lane, Guildford, GU4 7BQ between the hours of 9am and 4pm, please contact commons.villagegreens@surreycc.gov.uk or call 07976 394660 to make an appointment to view the files or to be supplied with electronic copies.
Any person wishing to make representations regarding the proposal to withdraw the application should do so by writing to the Countryside Access Team, Surrey County Council, Whitebeam Lodge, Merrow Depot, Merrow Lane, Guildford, GU4 7BQ or emailing commons.villagegreens@surreycc.gov.uk on or before 21 September 2023. Any representations that are to be considered by the Authority in reaching a decision on the withdrawal of the application cannot be treated as confidential and will be copied to the applicant for comment and may be disclosed to other interested parties.
