About our Dance, Exercise and Drama Courses
Our skilled tutors and supported learning assistants provide a personalised learning journey that is engaging, varied, and designed to suit each learner’s needs. Whether you're looking to improve physical fitness, express yourself creatively through dance or drama, or build confidence in a supportive group environment, our courses offer the perfect setting for growth.
We offer a range of dance, exercise, and drama courses tailored to support adults with learning disabilities in Guildford, Woking, Camberley, Sunbury, and Molesey. These courses help learners enhance their physical wellbeing, boost communication through performance, and develop important life skills in a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
Performing arts
Develop your confidence, communication, and team-working skills. Create stage costumes and props, whilst working towards a
performance.
Dance
Learn a variety of dances, improving your confidence, communication and listening skills, whilst working in a group.
Yoga
Discover the benefits of exercise through yoga poses and practise relaxation and breathing techniques. This will help maintain or improve your flexibility, body strength and stamina.
Tai Chi
Learn a variety of relaxation and breathing techniques to improve flexibility, strength, and stamina. Improve confidence and social skills through interaction with others.
How to enrol/IAG
Before enrolling on a course, we will meet with you to talk to you about your needs and interests. To arrange a meeting please contact a member of the Supported Learning Team who will let you know what information you need to bring with you. This will include evidence of any benefits you receive so we can see if you are eligible for any of our free courses.
It is important you are placed on the right course, whether you want to learn a new skill or maintain existing skills, so we may need to assess your English and maths starting points.

Fees
If you are not a UK national or have not lived in the UK for at least the three full years prior to the start of your course, you may have to pay a higher fee. Fees for learners coming to our courses via their school will be different to the fees found on our website.
Some fees will be FREE if you qualify under the Government’s rules. Full details will be explained to you at your Information, Advice and Guidance appointment.
