We offer a range of business, finance, digital and computer courses for all abilities, from complete beginners, to the more advanced, and those who would like a qualification.
For those wanting to master basic digital skills, learn how to use email, search for information, do online shopping, keep data safe, or become agile social media users, we have courses that will introduce you to technology, using computers, laptops, Apple Macs, tablets and other mobile devices.
For the more advanced we offer Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Microsoft Excel, Bookkeeping and social media for business courses. Whether you want to upskill, gain a qualification or just keep up to date for personal use, we have a course to suit your needs.

Take a positive step towards developing your digital skills to help you with work and at home, whether it's using emails and searching for information or learning how to shop or make appointments online.
Our free essential digital skills courses are suitable for people with limited or basic experience of digital devices. At the end of the course you will sit an assessment to achieve your qualification.
After completing a course, you will be able to demonstrate your competency in digital literacy skills to your current and future employers and you can add this qualification to your CV, or you can just feel proud of your achievement!

We will ask a few questions over the phone to check you have the basic skills required and then offer you a face-to-face information, advice, and guidance appointment to assess your current skill level enabling us to guide you towards the most suitable course.

Apple Mac
Our Apple Mac computer courses teach you everything you need to know, from set up, to basic tips, keyboard shortcuts, and much more. After mastering the basics, you can move on to further stages, learning how to keep yourself and your mac organised, get to grips with iTunes and discover how to share data safely & effectively with iCloud.
Bookkeeping
Our bookkeeping courses offer an introduction to the basic principles and provide a foundation for those wishing to go on to gain a financial qualification and employment.
Business and finance courses
Our business management and finance courses support anyone who already has a business or business idea and is looking to gain greater insight, understanding and knowledge of business planning, along with growing and retaining a customer base.

Computer basics
Our range of digital skills courses provide an opportunity to build your skills and confidence, whether you are a complete beginner or already have some digital experience. Our digital skills for home or work courses provide a firm grounding in digital hardware, internet safety and office programmes such as; word-processing, spreadsheets and email management, using Windows 10 and Windows 11, essential for business administration roles or navigating the digital world from home.

Getting into work - refresh
Our free refresh courses are designed for people who are recently unemployed, about to start their job search, want to refresh and hone their job searching skills, or want to move forward with their next step. You will learn how to stand out and be noticed in a competitive job market.
These short courses and workshops will help to build your confidence and prepare you for interview success. We work close with partners across the National Careers Service, Jobcentre Plus and local job clubs to ensure your needs are met and to help you impress your future employer.
Henrietta Parker Trust - subsidised fee to eligible learners
The Henrietta Parker Trust (HPT) is a charitable trust that was set up with the aim of supporting adult skills development. We are pleased to be able to offer courses at a subsidised fee to eligible learners using the HPT fund, which include computing skills, cookery and sewing.
