*Our new free Essential Digital Skills courses are suitable for people with limited experience of digital devices and you will receive a recognised accreditation at the end of the course.
If you are new to the Apple Mac computer our courses will teach you everything you need to know, from help with set up, to basic tips, keyboard shortcuts, and much more. You can then move on to the next stage and learn how to keep yourself and your mac organised, get to grips with iTunes and discover how to share data effectively with iCloud.
This range of courses provides opportunities to learn the basics and build your skills and confidence, whether you are a complete beginner or you have some digital experience. Our Essential Office Skills for Work courses will give you a grounding in office programmes such as Word-processing, spreadsheets and email management using Windows and Windows 10, essential for business administration roles.

Zoom and Social media
Zoom and social media are becoming increasingly popular as they offer the ability to chat, make a phone call, make a video call, with people around the world using your iPhone, iPad or computer. This course is aimed at iPads users, who are struggling with modern communication methods. If you are completely new to iPads, please look at our Build Your Skills & Confidence (HPT) courses first.

Henrietta Parker Trust - subsidised fee to eligible learnersThe Henrietta Parker Trust (HPT) is a charitable trust that was set up with the aim of supporting Adult Skills Development. We are pleased to be able to offer courses at a subsidised fee to eligible learners using the HPT fund, which include computing skills, cookery and sewing.
