  • Chilli Paneer (or chicken)
  • Takka Dahl
  • Bombay Aloo
  • Spicy Rice
  • Coconut Rice

Pratap is passionate about Indian cookery and looks forward to sharing his heritage, experiences, and recipes with you. “I will be giving hints & tips for flavours that you will enjoy and star ingredients that will compliment your vegetables and curries. See you at the workshop”

What do I need to bring to the first class? Will there be any extra costs?

You will receive an email in good time outlining the resources you will need, including a shopping list of items you will need to purchase. It is important to wear clothes and footwear suitable for a busy, hot kitchen. It is an individual choice to wear a face covering.
