Flower Arranging - 'Just Green' - Beginners & Improvers [SSK]

Course intent

Learn all about creating a design just with greenery and how to create a focal point without the use of flowers. Learn step-by-step, to create the perfect green only designs. The tutor will guide beginners and help those with some experience refine design skills and try new ideas and techniques.

What do I need to bring to the first class? Will there be any extra costs?

• Scissors

• Bucket for your foliages
• Plastic sheet/covering for the table to work on.
• Small knife, scissors to cut stems.
• Notebook & pen, plus a camera to record your design and take notes about the design and making process.
• Wear closed toe shoes
• An apron or wear old clothes.

We will send you a detailed list of materials before the start date, with guidance on suitable materials to purchase.

What can I do when I finish the course?

Further short courses and weekly classes are available that cover a range of topics from seasonal specialities to wedding flowers and themed designs.

Learners can progress onto other Arts & Crafts courses with SAL.
