Course intent

The intent of this course is to introduce learners to Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), with the emphasis on learning to help themselves.

SAL’s intent is to provide inclusive learning in the community which enhances personal development, encourages learners to live healthy, active lives and improves employability and skills.

What will we cover?

The intent of this course it to teach learners specific techniques for moving forward in life and for recognising the choices and opportunities available.

You’ll have the chance to think about what you want out of life and the steps needed to achieve this.

Who is this course for? Is there anything I need to know before joining?

No prior knowledge is required, just an open mind, concentration and a sense of humour.

You will make the most progress if you attend every lesson and complete any self-directed study recommended by your tutor.

You will need to complete some course documentation to help assess your progress.

What do I need to bring to the first class? Will there be any extra costs?

Please bring a notepad, comfy layered clothing, and water.

What can I do when I finish the course?

You may like to enrol on another course. Some Humanities courses and lectures maybe online and some are centre based. Your tutor will advise you on the options available to you.
