Course intent
BBQ is an outdoor party meant to take a load off and kickback. At a BBQ, you can enjoy the sun, take in the good vibes, and enjoy some great food. You're also doing a little service for your friends and family as you're giving them a place to come chill as well.
Good barbequing is not for the impatient! Food takes longer to cook on an outdoor grill or in a smoker, but with the right marinade and slow cooking you can create the most delicious smoked flavours to your vegetables, fish, and meat.
