This course develops your knowledge and skills needed to run a successful business. You'll learn about important factors, creating effective business plans, and marketing strategies. It also improves your communication and customer service abilities, helping you build strong client relationships. The course covers marketing, negotiation, and business planning, making it easier to attract customers and close deals. You'll also learn about contracts and legal considerations, which will help your business grow and achieve business objectives.

For courses of more than one session, you will find you make the most progress if you attend every taught lesson and complete any self-directed study opportunities provided.

This course will be delivered through live online sessions using Zoom

To fully participate in this course, you will need:

• An email address
• A reliable internet connection
• A computer/laptop /tablet with a fully updated browser
• microphone and webcam.

Once enrolled on this course you will receive detailed instructions for taking part online

As our courses are taught in English, please contact us if you have any concerns about your level of English.

What do I need to bring to the first class? Will there be any extra costs?

You will need access to a computer/laptop/tablet with a reliable internet connection, working microphone, and webcam. If you struggle to read printed text on a screen, you may find it beneficial to have access to a printer to make your own hard copies of resources.
