Authentic Summer Lebanese Cookery

Course intent

If you’re interested in authentic Lebanese cuisine using fresh ingredients, this workshop could be for you. Award winning Lebanese cook, Lina Saad will lead you through the techniques and traditions used in real Lebanese cooking. You will gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence to create tasty dishes (hot and cold) perfect to serve and share during the Spring and Summer.

What will we cover?

Lina’s Lebanese workshops have numbered menu’s and do not need to be completed in any order.

During this 5-hour workshop you will learn how to prepare and cook the following Lebanese dishes from scratch, using fresh ingredients, traditional spices, and flavourings.

  • Shish Barak (lamb dumplings), packed with garlic cinnamon, mint, and pine nuts
  • Shish Tawook, cubed chicken marinated in a spiced yogurt and grilled on skewers
  • Arabic flat breads
  • Lina’s spectacular hummus
  • Summer Sensation - Fruits of the Forest Tiramisu

Your tutor Lina Saad is passionate about Lebanese food and looks forward to sharing her heritage, experiences, and recipes with you. “I will be giving hints & tips for flavours that you enjoy and star ingredients that will compliment your dishes. See you at the workshop”
