Eat well to live longer and healthy lives.
What will we cover?
In this Healthy Living workshop, we will look at how the body changes due to aging. We will look at the latest research into prevention of illnesses such as Arthritis, Acid Reflux, Diabetes, Parkinson disease, Stroke, Heart disease, Osteoporosis, Dementia and Alzheimer's and provide nutritional solutions. There will also be an overview of various natural vitamin supplements that can support these conditions.

Our nutritional workshops are suitable for everyone. Our courses will be taught in English
What do I need to bring to the first class? Will there be any extra costs?
There will be lots of information, please bring your mobile devices or pen/paper to take notes
What can I do when I finish the course?
Have a better understanding about how age affects health and wellbeing within the mind and body and what nutritional strategies can be implemented to support us as we age. A recommended reading list will be given for further study.
