Surrey Adult Learning supports employers in and around Surrey with apprenticeship programmes across a number of business subjects. The service is designed to meet the needs of your organisation, from a bespoke course programme, to recruiting apprentices. We can train both new and existing employees aged 16+ where their development needs will benefit from an apprenticeship programme.
Details of the apprenticeship standards for each course are:
- Customer Service Specialist Level 3
- Customer Service Practitioner Level 2
- Business Administration Level 3
- Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3
- Operational Firefighter Level 3
- Operations Manager Level 5
- Coaching Professional Level 5
- Teaching Assistant Level 3
Apprenticeships are accredited through the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education, with support from City and Guilds, NCFE and ILM. Attendees will be awarded a recognised qualification and/or apprenticeship standard upon successful completion of a programme.
Our teams of Trainer/Assessors and Tutors have worked with a wide range of organisations and are experienced in their industry areas and in work-based training.
