Taking part in physical activity and maintaining a healthy mind can offer real health benefits. Whether you're feeling the strain of modern day living or just want to improve and maintain your health and fitness levels, we have the course for you.

Our experienced tutors will support you to build your strength and flexibility and have fun whilst moving more and staying stronger. Classes take place in small groups where your tutor can monitor and support your individual progress making sure your activity and its intensity are appropriate for your fitness.

A healthy diet supports your immune system and reduces the risk of illnesses such as diabetes. It can give you more energy, improve how you sleep, and help you better manage a variety of other health issues.

Whether you are an experienced cook, want to build your confidence in the kitchen, or are on the hunt for new recipes, we have a course for you. We offer a range of practical cookery courses and workshops delivered in specialist cookery rooms at our Camberley, Guildford and Molesey centres. You can also join from the comfort of your own kitchen with our online courses

Our games courses give you the chance to sharpen your reasoning skills, think strategically and meet like-minded people at the same time. Our experienced tutors will support you to learn the rules, try out new strategies and master your skills.
