About this subject

Fill your home with the delicious smell of homemade baking and bread! We have a variety of workshops to choose from, including specialised workshops in French breadmaking, Portuguese baking and classic summer desserts.

On each workshop you will learn basic recipes and techniques for making delicious homemade baking and the tutor will ensure you have the confidence to experiment further in your own kitchen.

Our workshops run throughout the academic year, during the week and on Saturdays. Enrolments open each term in March, July and November. If courses have already started you may still be able to join so please contact us. If courses are full please sign up to our newsletter to hear when enrolments open again.

Course levels

We run beginners workshops, and on each workshop you will concentrate on the techniques of preparing the dough and baking a variety of loaves. You will need to bring your own aprons, oven-gloves, and tea-towels.
