Surrey County Council has set its overarching strategic direction through the Community Vision for Surrey 2030, our Organisation Strategy 2023 to 2028 and our Strategic and Financial Framework.
Beyond these, the council has a responsibility to produce a number of policies, strategies and plans in line with the policy framework included in the Constitution of the Council (Section 4.05).
