All are welcome to join this course.

What will we cover?

We will learn a range of yoga postures in standing, seated and lying down positions from different systems of yoga such as Hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Sivananda and Yin. We will also learn breathing exercises (pranayama) and other yogic practices such as meditation, mantra, kriyas, and yoga philosophy.

Your tutor will give variations for each exercise suited to your own level of experience and ability. The tutor may use equipment, such as blocks or bolsters, to help you achieve better alignment. You will be able to practise the exercises at home and fit them in to your daily routine.
