Making homemade bread is a great everyday skill and a party piece that impresses!
What will we cover?
This 3-hour workshop intends to introduce you to the basic recipes and techniques for making delicious homemade Italian breads and give you the confidence to experiment further with breadmaking in your own kitchen. You will concentrate on the techniques of preparing the dough and baking two breads - Focaccia and an Oregano & Thyme Grissini.
Note from Tutor “I will be giving hints & tips for fillings and star ingredients that will compliment your breads. I may even whip up a pesto or chilli sauce for dipping. See you at the workshop”
