Work experience

Virtual work experience

In partnership with Youth Employment UK, we have created a virtual work experience programme as an introduction to careers at Surrey County Council. There are a series of videos so that you can learn more about working for the Council, with workbooks to ensure you get the best out of your virtual work experience and can record your learning.

We recommend that you complete the virtual experience programme before applying for in-person work experience to find out more about working for the county council and which areas you may be interested in.
