Our aim is to provide an innovative, engaging and age-appropriate safety education programme covering fire, water, and road safety. We offer:
- School visits
- Activities and resources for children
- Seasonal safety information
- Fire safety information for parents and carers.
School visits
School visits are at the heart of what we do and we offer a variety of safety education sessions in fire, water, and road safety. These visits span the Key Stages including:
- Fire safety school visits for Early Years (Reception), Key Stage 1 (Year 2), Key Stage 2 (Year 5)
- Water safety school visits for Key Stage 3 (Year 8)
- Road safety presentation Safe Drive, Stay Alive for Key Stage 5.
Starting at the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), our school visits will equip children and young people with the knowledge and skills that they need to keep themselves safe, both now and in the future.
Our experienced Education Officers use their knowledge, training and expertise to deliver key safety messages and learning outcomes in an age-appropriate, inclusive and fun way.
All our sessions can be adapted to meet the needs of children or young people with additional needs.
