My Care Passport is for people with a learning disability. It lets staff know what you need and helps you get the right help in hospital.
My health passport
My health passport can help if you have autism and need to go into hospital. It lets staff know what you need and helps you get the right help in hospital.

- apply for a Blue Badge and see where you can park with the Blue Badge parking map
- get help with getting to and from the hospital
- use Wheelmap for finding wheelchair accessible places
If you have a disability you can use locked toilets in public spaces. You can get a special key through the National Key Scheme (NKS). There are over 9,000 toilets in the scheme in the UK.
NKS keys cost £5.40 including postage and packing. You can buy these from the Disability Rights UK shop.
