Coronavirus: postal applications for blue badges
Following government advice, the blue badge team are working remotely and do not have access to any postal applications received from 4 March 2020 onwards.
If you wish to make an application for a new blue badge or to renew a blue badge please do it online. If you have already submitted a postal application you can reapply online.
Postal applications will still be accepted, but will be subject to a considerable delay of a number of weeks.
You must submit with your application form a photograph, payment, proof of address and identity, and if appropriate proof of automatic eligibility.
