If your blue badge has been lost or damaged
- Lost badge: Please look carefully for it. If you still can't find it, you'll need to replace your badge
- Damaged badge: After we receive your application to replace your badge, we will email you to ask for photos of the damage, and to explain how to send them to us.
Stolen Blue Badge
If your Blue Badge has been stolen, you must report it to the police and include the crime reference number in your application to replace your badge.
Replace your badge
- Fee: There's a £10 fee for replacements
- When you need: National Insurance number
- Organisations: If your badge is for an organisation, contact us online.
- Address change: Provide proof of your new address, if you have moved since the issue of your current lost, damaged or stolen badge.
- Expiry date: Replacement badges will have the same expiry date as your current badge.

Payment options
After you apply online, we'll contact you about how to pay the £10 fee. We will either:
- Email: we will send a payment link.
- Phone: we will call you to take payment.
- Post: we will ask you to send us a cheque or postal order to the Blue Badge Team's address.

Found a badge
Please select the 'I have found a Blue Badge' section on the contact us online form, and fill in the details requested. Then return the badge you've found to: Blue Badge Team, Surrey County Council, Dakota Building, De Havilland Drive, Brooklands, Weybridge, KT13 0YP.
If you are unable to fill in the online form, return the badge to the address above with a note explaining where you found it.
