Connecting you to popular National Trust sites
Getting to and from some National Trust sites local to Surrey has been made easier and more accessible than before. Our Surrey Connect on demand bus service is now offering a Saturday shuttle service from Oxted railway station to Chartwell, Emmetts Garden, and Quebec House.
More about the shuttle service
Every Saturday the shuttle bus will operate at regular intervals between 9:45am and 5:30pm to offer seamless connectivity between the train station and the various sites. The cost of a single fare is £2 - a reasonable and sustainable way of travelling while taking the stress away from driving and parking on site.
It’s important to book
Booking is essential and can be made at least 30 minutes before departing or booked a maximum of 7 days in advance. We recommend when booking your return to the train station that you make sure you allow plenty of time beforehand to fully explore the site. Once your journey is booked, you won’t be able to change the time of the booking and the bus will leave promptly.
Planning your journey
If you would like to book a journey, you can do so on the Surrey Connect app (available on Android or iPhone) or via the Surrey Connect website. Follow these simple steps:

If you would like to speak on the phone who can book your journey, call 01883 701128 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm).
