Early Years Parent Survey
Surrey County Council have created a short online survey to help understand the experiences of families with children between 0 to 5 years in accessing childcare and applying for and using the funded childcare entitlements.
There are many types of childcare available so it's important to think ahead about what type would be best for you. Before you make your final decision there are many things to consider, find out more about how to do this in our choosing and arranging childcare pages.
