Dynamic Purchasing System - from April 2020
Surrey County Council and health services in Surrey work together to purchase accommodation with care and support for adults with mental health and/or substance misuse needs.
To offer this on our behalf, you need to apply to the joint Surrey County Council and Health: Mental Health and Supported Living Dynamic Purchase System.
This system opened in April 2020.
The Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) closed on 21 April 2023 and bids for our new mental health DPS will open on 21 September 2023, with work and contracts commencing on 1 April 2024. A link to register will be provided once the opportunity is live.
