Dynamic Purchasing System
Since the Council now has sufficient providers on the DPS, we will no longer be accepting submissions beyond 5 April 2026 until further notice. If you have already submitted an offer but have not yet received an outcome, these submissions are currently being evaluated by our evaluation panel and the outcomes will be provided once the evaluation process has been completed.
Surrey County Council (SCC) and health services in Surrey work together to purchase accommodation with care and support for adults with mental health and/or substance misuse needs.
To offer this on our behalf, you need to apply to the joint Surrey County Council and Health: Mental Health and Supported Living Dynamic Purchase System.
A new community accommodation with care and support Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) has been active since April 2024. It is a joint DPS with Surrey Heartlands and Frimley Integrated Care (IC) Boards. The DPS runs for 5 years with a facility for 2 extensions, each of 12 months.
The DPS can be accessed by signing up to Proactis Supplier Network, then searching for:
