The Medium Term Financial Plan (MTFP) is a rolling four year document and forms part of the County Council's corporate planning processes.

Localism and Transparency

Under Section 40 of the Localism Act 2011 all local Authorities are required to publish a Pay Policy Statement, approved by a meeting of the full Council.
