Employee Assistance Programme

Our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provides free information and guidance to all Surrey employees in need of extra support. Working with Optima health, EAP offers confidential, independent and unbiased help if you are experiencing problems at home or work. It is a free service and is available to everyone. You can use it as many times as you need, for any number of issues. EAP support can be accessed via a telephone service or the website, whichever you are most comfortable with.

Mind Charity

Our emergency services save lives every day. managing their mental health matters. our research shows blue light teams will always need support with their mental health, because of the pressures they face in their roles. Access our targeted support for staff, volunteers and employers across ambulance, fire, police and search and rescue teams.
