Healthwatch Surrey wants to hear the views of friends and family members
Are you a family member or friend of someone who lives in a Surrey care home? If so, Healthwatch Surrey would like to hear from you.
Healthwatch Surrey is an independent organisation which listens to the experiences of local people in order to inform, influence and, if necessary, challenge health and social care services.
As part of its work, Healthwatch Surrey visits care homes to find out what people think about the care and support they receive by talking to residents, their family and friends, and staff.
In order to reach more people, it's also running a survey which is open to anyone who has a friend or family member living in a Surrey care home.
The results of the survey will be used to help identify and share good practices and, if required, help suggest improvements to care homes across Surrey.
To complete the survey, please visit the Healthwatch Surrey website.
If you would like a paper copy of the form, please contact Healthwatch Surrey on 0303 303 0023, by SMS on 07592 787533 or email to enquiries@healthwatchsurrey.co.uk.
