High Court Injunction - Chobham Common

Surrey County Council has obtained injunctive relief to restrain the formation of unauthorised encampments and the depositing of waste (fly-tipping) on Chobham Common until and including 1 February 2027.

Any person found to be in breach of the Injunction Order, or instructing or encouraging others to breach the Injunction Order, may be held to be in contempt of court and may be imprisoned, fined or have their assets seized.
