The Tuesday after your first full week of opening when offering term time.
Funded periods
- 1 September to 31 December
- 1 January to 31 March
- 1 April to 31 August

- First week of September for autumn
- First week of January for spring
- First week of April for summer
Follow on payment dates
These are based on the headcount and amendment information you have added to the Funded Early Education Portal.
The dates are, on or around:
- 16 October for all data in the portal by 30 September
- 15 November for all data in the portal by 31 October
- 15 December for all data in the portal by 30 November
- 15 January for all data in the portal by 31 December
- 15 February for all data in the portal by 31 January
- 15 March for all data in the portal by 28 February
- 15 April for all data in the portal by 31 March
- 15 May for all data in the portal by 30 April
- 14June for all data in the portal by 31 May
- 15 July for all data in the portal by 30 June
- 15 August for all data in the portal by 31 July
- 16 September for all data in the portal by 31 August
