• Change of contact or owner details 2023 to 2024 (PDF)
  Use this form to tell us if the person administering Funded Early Education for 2,3 and 4 year olds has changed, or if they have new contact details. We will contact you to let you know if any further steps are needed.
• Change of hours form 2 year olds for parent 2023 to 2024 (PDF)
  Parents should use this form to tell you if they want to change the number of hours of Funded Early Education for Two year olds (FEET) they claim for their child. Settings must keep these forms.
